Electronic Belt Weigher
The standard belt weighing system monitors material flow to crushers, mills, screens, and other processes, even under the harshest industrial conditions, with an accuracy of ±0.5% to 1%. It is designed for general weighing on in-plant belt conveyors and allows you to monitor production output and inventory levels or regulate product loading.
The specialized multi-roller belt weighing system was developed specifically for plants and processes operating at high speeds or requiring exceptional precision. It is used wherever the highest accuracy is required. The combined multi-roller weighing platform extends the effective weighing time, thereby minimizing alignment errors and enabling this model to be offered as a weighing system with an accuracy of ±0.3%. This system is available in configurations with two or four roller stations.
PEKAS BK-HMI control cabinets provide the weighing system with the necessary intelligence to ensure precise production monitoring, inventory tracking, and controlled product loading. The PEKAS BK-HMI integrators convert the signals received from the digitizer into the current material flow and the total mass being transported.
The PEKAS-SPD sensor is the most reliable and precise speed measuring device specifically designed for belt weighing. Direct coupling of the sensor to the conveyor's rear drum, a pressure roller, or a large-diameter return roller guarantees accurate measurement of belt movement. Thanks to its robust housing, it is ideally suited for outdoor use.
