The unique cantilever and profile frame design of the PEKAS DBK-100 weighing belt conveyor provides a robust weighing structure and enables quick and easy maintenance. It is suitable for throughputs from approximately 5 t/h to 100 t/h.
The control system of the PEKAS DBK-100 weighing belt conveyor combines a weighing integrator and PID control logic in a single device. The control system for the weighing belt conveyor integrates the signal from the load cell of a scale/weighing platform and the input signal from a speed sensor to determine the actual and total weight of the fed material. The electronics also enable data transmission and download to the automation system via Profinet for output signals, improved communication, and optimized control and mixing processes.
